Short answer: Contractor Foreman has the lowest published entry price ($49/mo billed annually, 1 user) and a 30-day free trial. JobTread is $199/mo with every feature included and free portal users. Buildertrend doesn't publish prices, includes unlimited users, and says it's built for builders doing 5+ projects a year.
